Even through the snowy days and in the cold dojo we still had some great training. Hopefully the weather should be getting a bit warmer from here on out and make training a bit easier. Next month is the JBJJF South Japan and those planning to compete should be starting to dial in their training. In March I am planning to go to Tokyo for the IBJJF Tokyo Open it coincides with the IBJJF Asian Master so its a good opportunity for anyone looking to do a bigger competition.
今週寒くて雪が降ったのにいい練習ができました。これから暖かくなっていくを願いね、そうしたら練習楽になっていきます。来月JBJJFの南日本選手権があります。もし出ればこのごろ練習しっかりして行ってください！3月にIBJJFの東京オーペンのために東京へ行きます。おなじとき、IBJJFのアジアマスターがありますので大きな試合出てみたい興味があればいい機会と思います。
