7/2-7/8

Another great week of training. Been very hot so everyone please remember to drink a lot of water! More than you think! On days you are training you should be drinking around 4 to 6 liters. Hydration is very very important to your health and will keep you on the mats feeling stronger even in summer. Many people are dieting right now for upcoming competitions but you should NOT be restricting your water intake!! This will lead to poor performance and will affect your health. Water should only be a consideration for weight control in the last 24-48 hours before a weigh-in. Lets train hard and stay healthy!!!
今週の練習も最高!最近はすごく暑かったので皆さんたくさん水を飲んでください!思ってるよりぐらい!練習する日、6-8リトルを飲むべきです!水を飲むほとは本当に大事です!ちゃんとしたら夏なのにたくさん練習ができます!今のところ試合のために減量中人が多いですが水を制限するは本当によくないです!それをしたらパフォーマンスや健康がダメになっていくそうです!水は最後のところだけ考えたほうがいいです!最後の24-48時間だけです!皆さん健康を守るまま一生懸命練習をやりましょう!!

6/25-7/1

Well summer is finally here. The days are hot and humid making for some very tough training but with goals like the All Japan in August and the Asian Open in September its no time to take it easy. I am hope we can bring a good group up from Kagoshima for the Asian Open right now its just me and Thomas registered. If other people are interested but money is an issue talk to me maybe we can split hotels or find a way to save some money on the trip. Everyone should be looking at that competition as a goal. Its the best chance to see what the real international competition is like. I want to keep the Saturday morning open mats going as long as the Budokan is available to use. Lets keep pushing to bring Kagoshima's Jiu-Jitsu to the next level!!!
さあ、夏がやっときた。毎日、どんどん暑くなるので練習もきつくなりましたでも減っていくときではない。8月の全日本と9月アジアオーペンが目標なので温度が上がる共にペースアップしていきます!今年、鹿児島から選手が多いと希望です。今のところで僕とトマスだけです。もし、興味があるけどお金がきつい教えてください。何かができるかも、同じ部屋止まるとか。その試合はみんなの目標するべきです。そこで本当の世界レベルが見える。最近、土曜日のオーペンマットが良かったので武道館が空いている限り続きます。一緒に鹿児島の柔術のレベルを上がりましょう!!!
