Japanese Nationals

Just got back from the Japanese Nationals in Tokyo! Ended up taking 3rd place losing by referee's decision. Disappointing results but always trying to learn from any experience! Next up the Kyushu Open!!

今日、東京から帰りました。準決勝で審判のディシションで負けました。本当に残念ですがどんな経験があったでも勉強なります。次は九州オーペンです！！

Cheers for good work this week! Was nice to start introducing technique and drilling into training. Next week I'm going to Tokyo for the Japanese National so there is no practice on Friday.
