7/2-7/8

Another great week of training. Been very hot so everyone please remember to drink a lot of water! More than you think! On days you are training you should be drinking around 4 to 6 liters. Hydration is very very important to your health and will keep you on the mats feeling stronger even in summer. Many people are dieting right now for upcoming competitions but you should NOT be restricting your water intake!! This will lead to poor performance and will affect your health. Water should only be a consideration for weight control in the last 24-48 hours before a weigh-in. Lets train hard and stay healthy!!!
今週の練習も最高!最近はすごく暑かったので皆さんたくさん水を飲んでください!思ってるよりぐらい!練習する日、6-8リトルを飲むべきです!水を飲むほとは本当に大事です!ちゃんとしたら夏なのにたくさん練習ができます!今のところ試合のために減量中人が多いですが水を制限するは本当によくないです!それをしたらパフォーマンスや健康がダメになっていくそうです!水は最後のところだけ考えたほうがいいです!最後の24-48時間だけです!皆さん健康を守るまま一生懸命練習をやりましょう!!
